About us
Having begun his career as an apprentice in 1983, Richard Simmonds M.B.H.I. initially founded the business in 1994, becoming limited in February 2014. As a company we continue to carry on the traditions of professional clock repairs, cleaning, maintenance and conservation, both to the general public, and to institutions such as the National Trust. We also offer a bespoke clock making service from original pieces designed by Richard to the reproduction of historical pieces. We have a large client base within East Anglia and the London area and also have clients in America, Australia, Argentina, France and Scotland.

Repair, conservation and restoration experts
As a company, we carry on the traditions of professional clock repairs, maintenance and conservation for the general public as well as to organisations such as the National Trust. “Conservation is the process of caring for objects in order to keep their historical significance.
